IUCEE, PanIIT Infosys join to improve quality of engg faculty
Indo US Collaboration for Engineering Education (IUCEE), PanIIT Alumni and Infosys are jointly launched an Indo-US programme on May 26 to improve the quality of engineering faculty in India.
The programme will impart technical knowledge and train the faculty in conducting classes, said Ashank Desai, CMD, Mastek who is also the chairman of PanIIT India Board.

The motive of the PanIIT conference is to inspire, innovate and help transform India
Gunjan Bagla, Vice-President of Global Electronic Services for PanIIT, whose new book, Business in 21st Century India, will be launched soon, feels that changes in India since 1991 have been dramatic.
Gunjan is also a part of the PanIIT conference which is held every year in India and the US alternatively.

The Times of India covers Rural Transformation activities
In a conversation with the Times of India, alumnus Ram Krishnan talks about the various initiatives being taken by PanIIT to address rural India. Rural Transformation will be a key track to be covered in the Pan IIT 2008 Global Conference to be held at IIT Madras in December 2008.
