In A bid to encourage research, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Sunday said that it would hire computer science PhDs from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) without interviews. "There will be no interviews for PhDs from IITs across the country for the next five years, We will recruit them directly," TCS managing director S.Ramadorai said.
