'IITians for ITIs' is initiated by a group of IIT alumni to drive sustainable excellence in technical/vocational training in India. It does so by creating institutions similar to the IITs, that focus on vocational education and highly skilled workers, thereby creating an excellence model for 5000 ITIs to emulate.
